It seems as if the Taiwanese smartphone giant has also decided to get a flagship series for themselves and who stands a better chance then their most loved and sold device HTC One. According the most recent rumors floating around the HTC One’s successor might be called the the HTC One+ instead of the HTC One 2 as expected till now. We already had some details about the upcoming device but the new rumored specification seem a bit refreshed.
The smartphone is said to run on the latest Snapdragon 805 CPU instead of the Snapdragon 800 as the rumors till now suggested and will also boast increased battery capacity with a much better camera.
HTC One+ Specifications

- Qualcomm Snapdragon 805
- 2GB LPDDR3 RAM
- 6 or 8MP UltraPixel camera (possibly with double lens)

- Software buttons
- 2900mAh battery

The specifications are not much differing from the HTC One but if they are true, the mobile will be surely worth looking out for, especially for the HTC lovers. These specs from one of the XDA members but the Snapdragon 805 CPU seems unlikely for the device as the shipping of the processor will start later in the year and surely is will not be available for the next flagship smartphone from HTC.
Of course it’s important to note that these specs are still unconfirmed, and so details of the so-called HTC One+ should be taken with a hefty chunk of salt. If the rumored specs are true however, the next-gen flagship from HTC is certainly worth looking out for.
